Sunday mornings are a great time to rest and ponder deep thoughts or thoughts of the day. Many go to church and worship, getting connected with the spiritual. I watch Fareed Zakaria GPS. I find the show refreshing and stimulating.
Sunday is a day for writing, which I enjoy immensely. I like putting my thoughts down on the screen. More importantly I enjoy people reading them. Thoughts are meant to shared. They stimulate the mind and offer fresh and compelling dialog, which this country needs more of. Just talking to those who agree with you leads to tunnel vision–a very dangerous thing. I believe in the open market of ideas and the truly compelling ideas will prevail.
