As the older I get, the more I see the importance of casting my eyes inward to the little candle in my heart. It is there that I commune with God, feel His presence, and renew my energy. This spark is very important because it shows light on matters and issues that my eyes are unable to see. My physical senses have limitations to what they can perceive. That light from my little candle helps me see spirituality and to make spiritually-based decisions. The candle also warms my heart and provides me companionship.
