Spiritual Highway

Once along time ago in my graduate school days I was in shape. Afterwards, my life slowed down and the pounds crept on. Now 30 years later, I am trying to get back into shape. I have a morning routine consisting of working out on my bike one day alternating with my treadmill every other day, and do weights every other day. I haven’t lost much weight or my blood pressure hasn’t gone down much, but I feel great and my energy level is higher. I am going to keep my workouts in my morning routine. A high quality life is based on good health and I am doing my best to achieve that.
