Hope is a powerful gift that touches all aspects of life. For example, I workout each morning. Sure I workout because I feel better afterwards, but the main reason why I workout is to lower my blood pressure and my weight. The same could be said about my diet–more fruits and fluids It doesn’t seem natural to eat that much fruit or drink that much fluids, but the hope is there.
All of us hope that the pandemic will be over soon. This sheltering in place and social distancing are very frustrating. I am tired of wearing a mask, but I do so in the hope that it will hasten the end of the pandemic. Sometimes hope can ebb. It is at this point the encouragement of friends and family can be grateful. So here is to hope and to our dreams.
