I have experienced the dark, cold, and painful shadows of loneliness. Few things can rival its numbing, heartbreak. It has immobilized me and made me powerless, just when I needed to take the initiative to reach out and connect with people. Having friends warms my heart and empowers me to take initiative and achieve. With the praise and support of friends, I am able to problem solve and overcome obstacles and succeed. Friendship have qualitatively changed and enhanced my life and I am very grateful for them.
