Spiritual Highway

I have been sheltering-in-place since March and put on the bulge. My doctors and my friends have been after me urging me to start exercising. I was resistant to their advice. I was suffering from severe couch potato. Then I went into my primary and saw for my own two eyes how high my blood pressure was. That did it and convinced me to change my ways. I now have a morning routine that includes working out on my bike, treadmill, and weights. I am also on the DASH diet. I feel much more energized and brighter. The pounds are coming off very slowly but doctors tell me that is a good thing. I have a long way to go to get over the COVID Bulge.
