We might come into this world by ourselves and exit this world by ourselves, but we live our lives in unity with others. The challenge is to build the bridges between our hearts and minds. This is exciting work involving conversations, and dialogs, hugs and handshakes, and time spent with one another. Innovation, creativity. and leadership are great and can be done at the individual level, but the true power of the human species comes in our group action. My first thoughts of this is a young mother holding her newly born infant. There is nothing more beautiful than this. Then there is a father playing catch with his child. It could be a student going to their first day of class. It could be a family gathering for their Thanksgiving meal. The list goes on and on, but the essential quality remains the same, there is wonder, love, and power in unity.
